.40 Yak 54 Profile.......

I'm looking for a good flying .40 size profile yak 54 for a O.S. 46. Is there, or where can i get a .40 size yak 54?

Check out Ohio Model Planes, Yak 54 47" profile.Easy build and great for 3d.

If you are looking for an entry level or advanced level profile, the OMP Yak is a good choice.

If you want hard core profile action, you want a Chinn Yak. Only available in a short kit, however pretty easy to build.

The Chinn Yak is one of those non advertised, mostly unknown birds that will out fly every plane you have heard of. Don't be surprised if you have to get on a list for this bird.

How big is the wing span on that? Would that work good with a .51 size engine? I hope so!!

The Red White & Black one has a Webra 50 on it and the Red Yellow and Black one had an OS 50 on it at the time. Can't remember the wingspan at the moment, but it's standard a fare 40 size profile. The performance is awesome though! Get one, build one, huck one and life will be good.

Kenny, I thought someone more "in the know" would respond by now, the last I heard Jeremy had a proto to ok and then things would get rollin. If I hear more I'll let you know.

Yes, the production kit is very close. I proofed the final laser cut parts kit a couple of weeks ago, and there are only a few details that need to be wrapped up. It should not be much longer until its ready to ship.....
