MD
Is that "your company" or "your provider"?

Yup, I use them and work for them. Haven't noticed any diminuation of speed in this part of the country. 'Course, I'm an ad sales guy, so what do I know? :-)

Home office cable provider. On DSLreports there are a ton of people up in arms out here in the California. I think most of the residential stuff routes through Herndon nowadays.

I noticed a slow pace for about an hour this afternoon in Del Rio, sometime around 3:00 to 4:00PM, could have been a number of things.

Except for the horrible glitches from the 13-14 (which Max has apparently fixed) no problems ever using TWC here in NC. But .I'm out in the boonies. . almost, so my WAN is probably not overly populated. Even during Peak hours everything is usually pretty smooth and quick, with DL in excess of 3mb and uploads around 250-300K.

Check to see how fast your connection is at the page. http://reviews.cnet.com/7004-7254_7-0.html
Sometime in that situation you have to reset the cable modem through TW. Sounds like you figured it out though.
