Stupid Windows Question

OK, I'm sure there is an easy answer to this one. . .

Whenever I open a new Windows window, it starts as an itty-bitty 3 inch by 4 inch thing in the bottom right corner of my monitor. . .

Any way to get it to start centered in my monitor and a bit bigger?

Keith...try clicking on the top right hand of the window on the minimize button. This should bring you up to full screen. If it does...then minimize again & then grab a hold of the sides/top of the smaller window & size it & move it where you want into the middle.
The next window you open should start where you left the previous one.
If not, then I can't help you.
