If you don't like the Flying Cirkus on RCU then don't go there !

If you don't like the Flying Giants then don't go there !

We are all here because we love flying, talking and breathing RC.

If I find some good stuff on the new RCU Flying Cirkus forums then that's great, if I get some good stuff out of Flying Giants then that's cool too.

I wish both parties good luck in there endeavors.

Let's not be so FN whiny about everything, reminds me of our worthless government too much.

I have to admit that I would like to know what is going on out of curiosity but to think one DESERVES answers is silly. Its not like they owe members money or took a dump in our transmitter case. It is a website to hang out at. The members will make the site. The admins have the right to delete whatever they want. It is THEIR site. If you don't like the rules leave. Many left RCU for this reason. Start your own site and never delete a post.

No more silly than FC thinking it deserved the right to use my intellectual property under the expressed condition that the site was non-profit and operated as such. That helped build the site and now that it is being used to leverage someone's profit, IMO an answer is deserved.

Hey, as much we all hate what happened. There is no deying whats going to happen with the cirkus on RCU. More traffic and more members than ever before. It will be a new breed on the cirkus now over there, but it will be bigger than it ever was before because of where it is. RCU might suck, but it cant suck that bad, as it's the biggest r/c community on the net.

OK, now I'm in trouble. I just got yelled at by my boss because the TPS reports were late because I was reading all this drama. I tried to explain to him why I don't have time to do my reports (and I forgot the cover sheet on the TPS report also). It went something like this:

"See boss, Biff and MadMax hijacked the Flying Cirkus and renamed it Giant Style and Smokin Joe and Showtime went over to RCPoo and revealed the True Hollywood Story minus Biff and Madmax's version. We think Biff and Max owe us an explanation pronto and that is why I can't do my work."

I hope anyone on here that already has close to 100 posts doesn't have a job....you obviously have too much time on your hands.

I talked to Max on the phone when all this first happened. He told me that he appreciated my friendship and that it meant alot to him. Hearing what happened to Joe and Jason just doesn't sit right with me. Max could have left the Flying Cirkus for them to run and just started his own thing. The way he shut it down was a detrement to everyone who ever contributed to the site, and to those who frequented it to learn from.
I always thought Max was a cool guy and I'm surprised in the way in which he approached this situation in shutting the site down completely. I will continue to support Joe and Jason in their efforts whatever they may be. Right now, i'm looking at Max the way I look at a Pit Bull, I'm just not quite sure what he's capable of or when I might get bit in the end.
This matter isn't just between Joe, Jason and Max. By closing the site down, Max just hucked a double snapasaurus B!t*h-slap in the faces of 11,000+ members.
