Video! To encode Flying Videos

I just seen the Leeseberg Video , (learn to roll like him) and I'm amazed by the quality of pictures...whith the small Size of 40 Mo for more than 2min.

I just wanna know how can I encode my videos to get the same quality as Leeseberg Video? (Or nearly).

What codecs should I use? (DivX, Radius,...,????)

Ps : I got Premiere Pro 7.0

Thanks for Answering...

DivX is quite common. I've used it and MPEG4 on my Macs at work. I've been pretty happy with the results I get using QuickTime Compressor that's inclueded with Quicktime Pro. I haven't done much vid editing on a windows machine so I can't really help much there.

here is a sample of a .mov file I made. It's only 4 MB but the sound quality is very good, as well as the image.

Redox -- Hi! The videos are encoded with the standard wmv codec at 2 megabits quality. I actually run them through my editor, then, believe it or not, movie maker. Seems to do the best job. it's all 16x9, most of it's in the camera. Thanks for the compliments dude!

What kind of Camera/DVR cam are you using Max?
I'm in the maket for a good to high end dvr cam but with SO many out there I want to get it right the first time if possible. I've seen a lot of videos on this site and very few are the quality of those Leeseberg Videos and wondered what cam u used. thanks.

there is a lot to be said for the camera! little handy cams cannot compare with the "feel" of video shot from a high end camera.

Here's one for ya. A friend of mine has a Sony DVD Player/ burner (the kind you hook to your TV, not a computer) and he has a bunch of his flying tapes on DVD. What I want to do is import his DVD on to a computer but I don't recognize the file formats.
The file extensions of the files on the DVD are *.BUP,*.IFO,*.VOB. are there any converters out there that can convert these files to a single WMV file? Or ones you guys recommend?
Thanks

That's easy, converted 600+ dvd's to .avi's.
