I don't want email notification

Why is it that I go into my profile and setting and change it so that I don't receive email notification of subscribed threads then after a few weeks I started getting them again. I have changed it a couple times and then all of the sudden I will get a bunch of emails about replies. Not a big deal, just trying to figure out why this happens.

Dan your not the only one. I have stopped posting as much due to the E-mail notification. I have to turn it off every post.....

At least I know I am not the only one. What I don't understand is why it changes. I figured it was something with when they back-up the site or upgrade something the defaults get screwed up. Just wanted to make sure the Admins were aware of it so they could straighten it out if possible.

I know there was a bug, and I think he fixed it.. let us know if your getting emails with todays date or later.

I know Max posted the other day that the bug should be fixed. Please PM him directly if you are still getting the notifications. I know he was battling with it, but we (the mods) was under the understanding that it was all set.

First off, my apologies again for the problem with notifications. Please see Thread notification problem resolved... SORRY!!!

Following up to this message and to avoid any further complications with the notifications, I completely turned off notifications for all members. Again, apologies for the debacle, I've been juggling quite a bit of things on the back end, and this one slipped. Anyways, it's permanently fixed.

If you wish to subscribe to email notifications, the setting can be found under your account options. Please let me know if you run unto any more problems, your help is greatly appreciated.
