This is a quote from Max. Reporting live from the shootout, I wanted to let you all know the status of the broadcast. We're trying like HELL to get the stream up and rolling, but we are having very significant problems with the local carrier. Apparantly high speed wireless, the medium which we normally transmit, is new to the tucson area. We are in a very fringe area right now with a great connection from our amplifiers, but whatever site we are connecting to is dumping us aproximately every 6 minutes into the broadcast. I suspect a number of reasons this is occuring that I am still trying to troubleshoot. I do promise all of you that we're working our ass off trying to get this running. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get this all straightned out. If all else fails, we'll post a ton of photos, and try to get video up from our location in the evening. |
