Hello Guys, Maybe someone can help out here ? I am running Windows XP. Also using a Cable hookup to the net. When I download any FG videos, this is where my problem starts. Still picture downloads are no problem. There is not a problem getting the video to download or play. Here is the problem. When the video is playing the picture is in a green hue with only certain parts in color and there also appears a darker green ghost image on some items in the video playback. What can I do or what and where should I be looking into to correct this problem. The default video playback player on my computer is Real Player. Also of note, this problem only happens on video downloads from this site. I can download videos from various sites with the same playback player and there are NO issues with color. Any help from you MAX or anyone else with any ideas would prove helpful. I am at a loss right now. Hope I have supplies enough info. Thanks,

Papa Stek, try this. From your desktop, right mouse click and select properties. Go to settings then advanced. Click on the troubleshoot tab and make sure your acceleration is set to full. Also, when the video begins to play, double click on it. Windows media will then go full screen. Still have the problem? Underneath the video, there is a "click here" link to download it. Hit that link. Still a problem? Download and re-install windows media player from MS. Google it, the link is widely availaible. Let me know. Thanks! MD

Thanks Jay for the suggestion. I will do that right after you send me one of those non bouncing checks from the big checkbook YOU have.

Joe-- The videos are mostly simple wmv files embeded into the gallery. Try downloading them and play them offline. Also, I would try to uninstall real player. IMO, that thing is junk and borderline adware for the free version. Download the file, close all of your browsers, and play directly from the file. If it's still happening, then you have bigger problems. Stupid question, is your video cable firmly attached to your monitor and the video card? Open up your computer, remove the video card, and re-seat it properly. Also, check your event logs to see if there are any driver errors for video.

Max, Well, before you mentioned it, I checked all cables. I did unistall realplayer, and it was still happening. Now I just downloaded the file and viewed off line and that way is OK. Any ideas why this would happen ? I went through some troubleshooting steps, checked video and monitor drivers and tryed changing resolution freq and such. Nothing changed or fixed the problem. I am now back to all my orignal settings when I just did this last file download and viewed it off line. I appreciate the ideas and help. A BIG FG Thank You.
