I too want to thank Tony for every thing. The plane he donated brought alot of money for this years Masters. Tony has already agreed to donate a plane for the 2008 Master. I knew this was going to happen early on Saturday morning and cried when my mom told me, but then I cried again during the presentation. Tony we are so happy to have you support us at Triple Tree. Tony is a bang up dude who has done a TON for the hobby. Killer stick, kind and friendly all the way around, and this touching dedication was at the right place, at the right time. Mad props to the Triple Tree Crew, and of course FlyingGiants Staff member WoodIsGood. Congrats - this is absolutely awesome, and a great tribute/memorial.

WOW I had no idea about what "Dalton" stood for. MAN... that is really cool... that the name has such a meaning. Very happy that TT did that for Tony.... Thats really cool. WOW... still realing in finding this out. Congratulations RUSSO!!

I only starts with a kit, the real donation is when the winner can call Tony at any time and get his full support during the build, priceless advice from the master himself. Thanks to everyone for all the kind words. This was all very unexpected for me. My wife and I as well as my entire family are all very gratefull for this. I am still at a loss for words. Dalton lived for 2 months and 21 days and those were some of the best days of my life. What I learned from his passing is that life is precious and to live each day to its fullest. I have been involeved in modeling for close to 20 years but only started building giant scale planes and getting involved in IMAC in 2000. The people that I have met in this hobby are some of my best friends. Thanks again to Pat Hartness and the entire crew that work long hours to keep Triple Tree the best RC flying site in the world.
