Western Canadian huckers unite!!!!

Ok guys (and gals ) Everyone else seems to have some awsome 3D event to go to in the summer, but we have nothing here . What we need is a solid plan, for all those who would care to join, to have a 3D based event somewhere in western Canada. I know our club would host it..............http://www.memlane.com/nonprofit/rcers/index.html Or if anyone else has a central location, LET'S GET IT ON!!! it would be an absolute blast. I get so jealous when I see these events that I can't attend, so let's make our own. If we start now we should be able to have the huckfest in place by mid to late summer. So speak up, call your buds, reply to this post and get 'er done.

At our february club meeting I'll set a date, preferably a long weekend, I was thinking august 5,6, and 7. Does that work for everyone??

I'm there if ya host it. will help in any way I can. Should be able to scrape up a few huckers from sask. if they are finished their projects for prarie farm report.
I know at least a pickup truck load that will attend, how bout a little more central Alberta though, Bawlf? nice facility, wonder if they would do it?

little north for you, but waaayyy closer to the large amount of GS huckers from the GP area, and edmonton area. And not much farther for the Calgary area huckers to join in. I'll see if they are into the idea. I plan on becoming a member of that club this year. Not that your site would be bad though. I also know a crew in Red Deer that would show up.

We have a few guys here from Victoria that would be down for some 3D at a local venue. Alberta is not exactly a short drive but hey, the feild has got to be better than what we have here!

Sounds good, let us know if you can get a date set. If not I can always run it by the members at our next club meeting. Anywhere would be fine by me, as long as we can have a huckfest.

You know you can count me in! I'm all over this one! Try and make it a long weekend event ....i'll throw out the planning of this event at our meetng too!! I think it would be great!! Even with the drive it'll be good to put faces to some of the guys we chat on line with everyday!
