I hope you guys can keep your field secured, but it's tough nowadays! People complain at nothing and encroachment is pushing a lot of fields away. The EWMA field in TN is almost 90 years old and have had to fight tooth and nail to keep it more than once. Nobody cares about your club when your field could make a nice spot for their kids to play Soccer on for 4 months. Good luck with the club guys. I'd hate to see the 95th lose their flying site. Clubs have had to relocate before, so if it comes to that, hopefully a new one comes to pass quickly. The JC field has relocated 3 times since I have been alive and RAMS has relocated more than that, I think. It's always good to have a back up plan for any club. I think every club should have potential flying sites scouted out "just in case". I couldn't imagine what it would be like if the Circus lost the flying site we are at now, but the future can tell you what it has in store. Where we are now is the second RDRC location and it's my home away from home and definitely my favorite place to be.

Guys I would like to say I appreciate what all of you have done! After looking over the post on this thread, I have come to recognize that I have came to this thread with the problems that we have had at our field! I know you guys have an extremely positive thing going here not to mention successful! I apologize for the problems that I have brought to this thread! Considering one of my flying partners has left, I have been trying to look for other options! I wish I could make it to your field every weekend, unfortunatly I can not. All you guys keep up the great work for the hobby I hope I can make it to your flyin! I hope to see some of you at some of the flyins this year!!

From this point on I will no longer be posting on this thread!! Again, I apologize for any problems!

Oh Yeah! I was so proud of my Baby yesterday She has really come a long way in a short amount of flying. She even hits the paved runway! I'll get some pictures posted tonight maybe. I got a few of Jacqui and Shannon flying side by side at the flight stations, and in the air. I think Jacqui is ready for Fayetville now, and she's really excited about learining to "Huck". So as one might guess, I've received "orders" from her to build her a foamie! lol Actually, she didnt order me to, but I did get a winking request!

Outlaw flying went great yesterday to! Robert and I were going at it again zipping around the "make beleive" pylons! We even jumped in a heat race with Dane's quickie 500. And speaking of Quickies!!! I finally got the new Viper out there yesterday, and put that Nelson 40 to work.
HOLE EEEEEEEEEEE COWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a rush!!!!! It flew great right off the building table, and only needed a little elevator adjustments to get it dialed in. And as some of you may have heard, a little bolt tightening!!! That motor was sooooooo strong, it actually LEFT the plane behind on the runway for the first flight! lol Im really looking forward to drag'n THIS one out of the trailer at the upcoming events. Which, by the way,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Are JUST around the corner. The Circus will get the 2008 season kicked off at the Fayetteville Giant Scale Event. I didnt get me new Yak on the table yet, but I do have the Python fueled and ready. Now that "J,Quique" has her wings, I can get back to flying Mode 1 again. I'm way behind on 3D skills, and need to get another foamie going to bring me back up to speed. Flying 3D ain't like ride'n a bicycle!!! At least not for ME!

So get ready folks. The "Traveling Circus" is getting all geared up for another fun summer of flying.
