The Carden Yak looks great Darrell! You still thinking about getting one of the Hangar 9 Carden Yaks too? Just so you know, we sold Roberts Python just a couple hours after you were there the other Saturday...sorry! Either way, you need to get Nick up to the shop some time!

I wanted to asked anyone in this thread if they are interested in a profile! I believe I was told that it is the carl goldberg edge 540? It has a saito 72 on it! I am also selling all the servos and even reciever if someone wants it for $150! I bought it at barks for 200 and flew it quite alot! It flies extemely well and I hate to get rid of it but I am taking a trip to florida to pick up the plane that I have always wanted? (46% ultimate)! I hope that I can stop in through Georgia and pick up the Aviation Models Yak 35%! That way I can finally start doing some flying again! I hope to be able to make it up to RDRC! If that is OK? If anyone is interested in the profile please let me know! I will be taking a trip to East R/C before the end of the upcoming week! I can bring it if anyone is interested?

Also if anyone is interested in a foamy ready to fly I have 3! I will be willing to sell up until the end of the week? I really want to make this deal happen in florida! If anyone is interested I have one extremely beat up foamy I will sell for 100 with everything except reciever! I have one really sweet one that has been airbrushed like a dragon that I will sell for 150 w/o reciever, and I have one biplane that I will sell for 200 w/o reciever! Just let me know if you are interested?

So, for the first time since January, I made it to the field to fly on Saturday Morning. I still have not swapped out my 72 mhz to 2.4. I flew my Tribute several times on 49 without incident. After landing it upside down on the runway,...Ooops, I changed props and went back up. I received 2 hits, one about 200 yards off the north end of the runway about 50'-75' up. No problem, flew through it. Landed and said wow, thats a first. I took back off and tried to recreate in the same spot, but was unable to do so.
Then I tried to see if I could get into a low cloud. I was climbing and it was getting small, then I got hit again. I was straight up off the south end of the runway. The Throttle jumped and the pane went crazy for a second, I brought it down and landed without incident again. I figured I would not go for three.
Iwas on ch 49, PPM, JR.
I guess it is time to go to 2.4.
It has been at least 15 years since I received a frequency hit like that.

I just thought I would let yall know, it is not 100% fixed

That's right, it's only the Aerotech 50cc one I had but wasn't flying. You'd have to pry my QQ Python out of my dead arms to get it from me!
