After landing it upside down on the runway,...Ooops, I changed props and went back up. I received 2 hits, one about 200 yards off the north end of the runway about 50'-75' up. No problem, flew through it. Landed and said wow, thats a first. I took back off and tried to recreate in the same spot, but was unable to do so.
Then I tried to see if I could get into a low cloud. I was climbing and it was getting small, then I got hit again. I was straight up off the south end of the runway. The Throttle jumped and the pane went crazy for a second, I brought it down and landed without incident again. I figured I would not go for three.
Iwas on ch 49, PPM, JR.
I guess it is time to go to 2.4.
It has been at least 15 years since I received a frequency hit like that.

I just thought I would let yall know, it is not 100% fixed
Just change over to PCM and youll be fine. My 74" EF Yak on PPM gets hit like that every once in awhile. My 88"EF never gets a hit on PCM. Im stubbern I guess sticking with 72mhz..

Frank

Here is the profile I have for sale! It has a saito 72 and 537 jr servos with 3d arms! It does not have any odd characteristics during flight! It flies very straight and true! It holds Knifeedge extremely well! It hovers at 3/4 throttle and still pulls out well!
I will sell RTF including the reciever(72mhz) for $150! The only thing the plane needs is some work on the landing gear! Without rec. $130!

What servos, motor, esc, batteries do the tater rake come with? Also, how much do you charge to finish a foamie?

Just bring it and we will decide something! I have 4 eflite 75 servos, a e-flite 400, a 10X3.8 prop, I believe it is the castle creations 18 amp speed control and of course the tater rake paint scheme that took some time( as you guys call it)! I will throw a battery in for(11.1) $150 for everything! I didn't want to a sell the battery in that package but if you get it before I leave for Florida i will give you one! That is with a female deans connector? Let me know?
