Larry and Robert,

Just want to say Thanks for helping with my YAK. Everything is starting to come together and that might be a little dangerous. AS that Famous quote states - "" I LOVE THIS HOBBY ""

Well we went flying in the heat yesterday, Robert's fan blowing on us in the shade definitely helped. I "hucked" a boat in the 100 degree air and even flew on the RDRC alternate runway(in front of the Mexican restaurant in Rolesville) last night under the lights. Thanks to Josh and Robert for a fun day.

Hey Ya'll!!!
Just a quick update on the FFT event. Several sponsors have started their commitments to the event, with new ones pop'n up as we go. Just got off the phone with Aeroworks and they say they want t a little part of the action to!

Also, we have some of the great support we had last year on board again

Raleigh Ice= Ice for ther event
Waste Management+ Large Dumpster ( also supported by Bob & Martha Richards)

A new one on the board, and MUCH needed
Smith Family Foods= Support with refrigerated truck AND discounts on all foods products.
( This is Austin Smiths family owned business)

One more note: The 2009 Grand Prize Package is being constructed as we read! Matt Balazs of Team Horizon has been hard at work already, and he should be delivering one RTF 35% Extreme Flight RC Yak 54, complete with DA 100, Duralite battery package, And, a JR 9303 2.4 radio system installed. HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're always glad to help, Ken. And you're obviously flying comfortably with that plane! It's great to see.

What's a little heat....this is August in NC. Yeah, it was a great day of flying yesterday with you, Wes. The flying boat is funny and cool! The T-28 are always a blast....in my case, literally yesterday since I blasted my wing in the "death dive" . And now you know all about our secret parking lot flying site, with fajitas!

That's Mike's vinyl work on Jim Charbonneau's Edge that made it to the 2009 FFT promo flyer. You guys might have to do an autograph signing at this year's show!
