the aeroplane was on a low pass in the hands of a modeler that has been flying jets for around 45 years , the crowd of spectators was far away and not in the line of straight flight , the airoplane had the recomended engine fitted , the was no fence near at all or any wires ,cause of self destruct was the airframe wing colapse as the wings on that model are built up , looking at the bits inside the wing after it seemed to be held together internal with hot glue from china , of course with anything like this the crowd got excited and they were 7 deep around the pits area wanting to see what was left of the plane ....

please note the modeler did nothing stupid at All , maybe we should be looking at the quality aeroplanes are being produced in ...

Yeah I know but I only have so much fibreglass resin to go round for repairs. I better go to the local surfboard shop for spares for ya's all "Surfs up! C-ARFs are in town"
