OK I am sure the other half will kill me for this but I have just bought myself some late christmas presents.

I now have two 40 size mojoo kits on their way to my house!!!! After a bit of research and reading I think they sound pretty damned hot. And for 70 bucks US per kit I dont think I could buy the balsa etc for the money. I am still going to complete the current sledge that I am building and use it as a test mule for the electric set-up. If it works sweet I will build one of the Mojos to take electric power and save the oter one for a rainy day. Or a glow motor.

benny, the mojo build was alot quicker(i built the fuse in one night) and more simple that the sledge. by memory, the sledge airframe (no motor or radio gear) was heavier than what the mojo is. everyone that owns one says its the best flying profile yet.
BTW, there are four different sizes, fomojo(foamy), 40 size, 60 size, and 65 size. the 65 flys alot differently though.
heres a good build thread

Which sledge do you mean James???

I have the plans and am scratch building one. I scratch built my first one as well and it was great!!!

Cause I am going for electric conversion I am going to build it a little lighter up front. I wont be using as big hardwood engine bearers this time.

Did you get your mojo straight from Swany's website??? The price was just so good that I had to order two!!

Hey James! I have been looking over the manual for the MOJO. Is the fuse left un-sheeted the whole way back?

lol, i thought you got one half built or somthing, anyways not to worry.

so you order two eh, not a bad idea, one electric one glow.
yes, the MOJO isnt sheeted anywhere along the fuse, which takes some of that weight away. it has a carbon fibre epoxy type tube down the middle, which is realy tough.
you should read up about some of the comments about it, it should be great.

Yeah wing is built, I am cap stripping it at the moment.

Fuzz is framed and glued, ready for sheeting, I need to go shopping and buy some tube to run my pull pull systems. I dont want to build the engine mounts in to her yet, I am waiting till I get the electric motor. Then I can mull over how to convert the front end to accept it.
