Hey Guys.

Got some good IMAC practise in this w/e as well as some 3D.

Thought I'd share some pics here of m hovering the Extra.

Pictures courtesy of Chris Venter.

P.S- In the pictures my Fuel Dot keeps poping out in flight. Any ideas on how to make it stop doing that other than covering it with tape?

Try filing a slot on one side for the o'ring to sit into. I will make it a little harder to get out but should stop it poping out in flight.

Got the same prob, mine's in the same spot too.
I'm gunna try re-enforcing the area it is mounted in as it is real flexy.
Vibration could be pushing it out.

Yea I was thinking the exact same thing. Its still really tight when I try to pull it out on the ground. I will strengthen it up on the inside and see how we go.

Marko, measure the depth the o'ring is located down the filler outer(I think it is about 5 mm down from the lip). From the outside drill the smallest hole you can at the point the o'ring sits as a guide so you can then work from the inside, then on the inside use a round stone drimel bit and put a rounded edge groove about 5 mm long(not deap), the o'ring will locate into the slot when the filler cap is pushed in and hold it in place. put some vas on the o'ring and it will come in and out easy without popping out in flight.

All fixed, won't pop out again. I do this to all I fit, my first one made a mess of the top of the fuzz first flight without it.
