| Re: Giants from Down Under Bobby, looking for a used one because the original one will be comming back sooner or later as well.Tell you the truth the warranty wouldnt be worth the paper its written on seen as the importer wont touch anthing to do with services or claims, its got to go back overseas.

Excelpoint , you said earlier that the new 80 didn't fit , what part was it . If its a stand off problem I can help with some custom ones . I had to make some like the DA ones but they are @ 80mm long x 18mm diam . They are 5mm on the engine end and 6mm on the fire wall , which means no "T" nuts . To hot for flying today . Stu |

Its cos the crank is 18mm longer and the carby base is also 15mm longer, would be a major refit to cut the motor dome down even more.Also they didnt supply a muffler and dont stock them. Dad thought it just was not worth the hassle. Certainly too hot to fly today. I had a few flights yestaday from about 6.30am onwards, spent most of the day with the buddy lead attached so i could hand the TX around a bit.

I just had a look at the MX2 , wonder if you could do a retro fit . Going to tate tah kids to the movies to hide from this heat , man its death . |
