| I will always remember that video Kyle made of his Funtana 40 only a few years ago. I still think that video is some of the best flying I will ever see. And to think it was a Funtana 40. If you’ve ever flown one, they are not exactly the easiest plane to fly. He flew it around as if it were suspended from strings like in a puppet show or something. The stuff he was doing was amazing. Now he’s out competing against QQ at the Tucson aerobatic shootout with a 40%’r. Who would have thunk? Glad to see you out there Kyle. We all like success stories. I did not vote, it doesn't matter to me. These are two great flyers. PS: Does anyone know where I can see that video of Kyle with his Funtana 40? Last edited by JoeAirPort; 11-01-2006 at 10:35 AM. |

Check out Leseberg's 3rd freestyle on RCU. Everyone has their favorites, but this one is as good as Kyle's or QQ's . He has a fast paced style that is very precise and yet exciting and daring , it is really everything you want to see in a freestyle routine. Nice!

Well I finally downloaded and watched both kyle's and QQ's freestyles. I must say from a pure 3D point of view Kyles routine was the pick for me but from a Freestyle point of view with a judging criteria i think QQ's was a definate winner, the precision was just that little more precise, as was the timing of manouvers to the beat changes etc, I think QQ is the master of giving the judges what they need to see as the judging criteria dictates. I think his experience on the big stage showed and proved the winning point for him. I do also think that Kyle's skills and flying was absolutely awsome and he will be a force to be reckoned with in the very near future as his experience grow. Well done to both QQ and Kyle and all the guys who put it all out there for us to watch
