Hi ! WOW ! Great Freestyles ... Quique is still the same ... precise ... amazing ... etc ... Kyle does so smooth 3D and technical manoeuvers but not with the precision and of course the QQ style ! To speak about Kyle Woyshins' freestyle : DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THE SONG ... when he's doing "down on the deck" 3D and tail touch ... ? ![]() Thanks in advance ! Bye |

great job on flying kyle.. you are da man!!!!!... as for the whole "save the plane" ..these guys are pros...i admire there flying... the lower they get for the crowd puts them on the top of the world to me....kyles attitude is what i like.. ive seen a video of a certain "top" pilot throwing his brand new 14mz (i think it was) into the ground b/c he dumb thumbed his plane...wish i could find that video!!!...

My opinion... Best flight.... Mark took first and Jeffery took second, Kyle third. Low rollings are no that original and I see guys inches off the ground all the time. Don't get me wrong, all the top pilots can do all the tough stuff, I just liked the pace and combos of Mark and Jeff. However this is just my opinion from the vids, I did not make it there. |

| Jeffery had one of the most original routines out there. His second flight was going great until he busted the airplane, and still managed to end up in the top 5 using the score with his precision plane that he never practiced freestyle with. I'll bet some of the moves from his routine will be the most copied next year. |

Had Mark Leseberg not messed up in the first sequence, he had absolutely deserved to win in my oppinion. To me his sequence was the only innovative one, and while the other showed up with their old (nice, but old) routines - Leseberg really pushed it to the edge. No one rolls like Leseberg, and what particularly inpressed med was his rolling circle downline.

and zero'd another one by touching ground. If he would not have touched ground, he would have podiumed for sure, if not the top 2-3...no doubt in my mind. His fast rollers set him apart from the rest, IMO...particularly the rolling split S from 75 feet up to as low as -1 foot up!

This is a dumb poll. QQ and Kyle are both good pilots. Maybe it's because I missed all the Tucson hype surrounding the event, but to be still debating this is worthless. Also, to be complaining about the rule structure is pointless. To those who think Kyle was the better pilot because he went hardcore 3D consider this: Because QQ folowed the rules and according to the judging criteria, he won fair and square. In a few hours, it will be 2007. The new IMAC season will be upon us.(well, most of ya'll) So who will win Tucson07? Maybe Kyle will if he puts on a boring flight. Maybe Beavis when he completes that incredible rolling/diving/ split-s. Maybe QQ if he grows some balls. Maybe someone who will shatter the world with a new maneuver. Maybe someone who just follows the rules. I'm just happy that I was able to get a few flights in today.(yes, I did hover my trainer) 50%

IMHO... QQ has a more polished and mature Freestyle... looks professional... Kyle has more "WOW Factor" and shabang but still with control and precision... The question will be easier to answer in 5 years when Kyle has matured (And figured out touching the ground = ZERO!!! lol) adn QQ will...ummmm.. well... be five years older lol. I enjoy both flyers FS's from different points of view. Both pilots are gentlemen and good representatives of our hobby.... We are all a winner either way! |
