OTHER THAN DA BEING THE BEST MOTOR OUT THERE I THINK THE PROBLEM WITH THAT MOTOR WAS THE PROP WAS TRYING TO BEAT THE PLANE TO THE GROUND DID IT ??? DA ROCKS !!! IM ONLY SAYING THAT BECAUSE IM AFRAID OF THAT 8 FOOT GIANT THEY GOT WORKIN FOR THEM !!! LOL

Looks like the keyway sheared off on the tapered shaft after lockup or whatever allowing the hub to spin off with the other goodies that were attached to it. Nice save, just be thankful that the spinner and what was left of the prop went the other way and not entering the airframe, that could have been a catastrophic failure
