Default SUCKED IN THE BLUE CARB GASKET

My DA-50 was running great with 6 gal through it.Then on one flight it would not idle down. Now it won't hold a steady idle After reading about the carb gasket I see my gasket was being sucked down into the crank case. The gasket is not riped can I rtv it in place or do I need a new gasket? The carb bolts were not very tight can I use thread lock on these bolts? Thanks Jim

Last tiem mine did that I replaced the gasket and used some hi tach gasket adhesive on the side that goes against the crank case. It has held fine since. Before that I had it suck the gasket in a couple times. You can use loctite on the bolt. I use a small blob of goop glue between the side of the bolt head and the carb. That works well also.
