Your 85 cost me 2 airframes this summer and now your service has cost me a lot of flying here near the end of the flying season. Your service is going down hill and I'm very disappointed.

I don't think FG is the place for this type of comment. There are better ways to voice your concerns and your first place should be with DA themsleves.

It is nice to hear the good and bad of product we pay alot of money for. It would also be nice if we had the whole story and why the service is bad. Which is highly unusual for DA.

I agree you should be able to complain here. I don't agree with how you wrote your post.

There is no info in it other than you lost 2 planes and the mention of a DA85 and bad service.

Usually when someone posts great service or satisfaction about DA they expand upon that....your problem with DA should be the same.

Of course you should do it in a civil matter as well (no name calling etc).

That is what I was referring to when I said your post had no place here on FG. The way it was written is just to open ended is all.

It isnt any one problem; there have ben many small things and then finally this last one that cost me lots of flight time. These things were avoidable and all i get from there CSR "theres nothing we can do now" and there isnt any thing that can be done now. This last mistake is unfixable so all i have is a deep regret that i let the matter rest on there word with out hounding them. I forgot the sqeaky wheel gets the grease so i lost out. In the future i wont expect them to do what they say and i will call and confirm repeatadly and hold there hands untill i get what i am promised.

A troubling thread. Accusations without specifics and no name for DA to respond in rebuttal to. If they had a name they could easily address the alledged problems since they should already be a matter of record.
