Help! Ignition cut off with 10x

Hey guys I need some help I have your smart fly ignition cut off. It is hooked to my aux 4 channel. I have tried everything to get it to work and I am stumped. When I use my old 9303 it works fine same setup and channel. I have 10x now

The easiest way is to put it on the gear channel. If you want to leave it on aux4, you will need to create a mix aux4 to aux4 so you can assign a switch to it, otherwise it will be on one of the rotary dials. Make sure that the travel is set to 150+ and 150- on each end.

I put mine on Aux 2.

Also be sure you have the switch or rotary dial turned on. Function 17

I'd nix putting it on the gear switch... That's where I've always put it, but not any longer... Too easy for someone to hit that switch when handing the Tx back and forth when letting other people fly your airplane... Don't ask me how I know... Not once, but twice...

Any switch you put it on is subject to that. The gear switch is just the only switch on that section of the transmitter, so I just keep my fingers away from it.

On my 9303 I have it plugged into aux4 and assigned it to the trainer button, works fine.

The 10X doesn't allow for switch to channel assignment like the 9303 does.

If got mine hooked up to Aux-4 where I have to turn the dial to kill the engine. My long fumbling fingers get in the way of all switches.

I think Everyday3 was asking how to hook it up to just work? I have the Electro-Dynamics Optic kill switch. I don't know how his kill switch is set up so I can't help him.

Thanks for all the help guys. Apparently I need to move the aux 4 dial 1/4 turn storeit and set it back to 0 and it works fine on any of my switches now. Found it out by acedent. Now on to programing the smoke system. I have to say programing on the 9303 was much easier. Any suggestion on programing sullivian smoke pump on the gear channel using the mix switch, with multy point curve would be great. Thanks again
