its speed im after for 3/4 snaps. I know my thumbs can beat .15 now (years of video games i guess) .11 maybe my limit, thats what im after. Ive watched my onboard volts displays never gone below 7.4 volts running. they start 8v

You could also just take it down to two connections. You could split out all the power supply and ground wires into a single connection and then use a matched set of keyed connectors for the signal wires. Then there would be no chance for confusion about which servo wire goes where. I am also looking at several automotive style sealed connectors that have five terminals in them for my project. They are used in components that run at a steady 10-20 amps and are self locking at connection. This would make it simple and secure I would think. Thoughts? | ||||||||||||||||||

| All I need is more talent ![]() ![]() | SLC you are correct. Think of the Power Expander as a relay. You have nice Dean plugs for the power feed in, so why would you want to compromise the power feed to the servo by using 1 lead through a std connecter. This would introduce a voltage drop to the servo. For wing hook ups a lot of guys use the Multiplex plug.
