Help! Wolverine problems

Just finished installing my Wolverine switch and (2) Fromeco 2400'. Initally all appeared to be functioning perfectly. I had both leds glowing showing that I have power. After a few minutes, I decided to check voltage with the 8-ball. Noticed that one led has gone out, even with switch in "on" position. 8-ball shows no voltage or continuity to battery. Rechecked connections, all is fine. Using my volt meter I have power into the switch on both sides. Still no led in on position. When I reconnected the batterys to the switch on the side that has failed, there was a draw, as I saw small arc of power across contacts. Still have no led. Has the switch failed? Should I remove to return? Also, do the leds glow red when the batterys get below 7.0 volts, or do they merely show that the switches are on?

Hello Wayne, I believe there was a bulletin put out from Fromeco where the screws were a little too long and were shorting the switch but I need to check into this. Either way, if you give a call to Kurt at Fromeco he will make sure your setup again. Sounds like you may have gotten a bum switch?

BTW, I just had a interview in Clovis for the Fire Dept. Did good and am looking forward to continuing with the dept.

yes the screws are too long.don't hook it up till you cut a short amount off of them or you will ruin your switch
