Hey Blokes !!

Only a few weeks to the event of the year here in NZ .... The 2007 Waharoa Rumble.

Moped has done us a beauty poster, so suggest you check it out.

Entry forms went out to those punters on the NI and SI Aerobatics Mailing lists tonight, and One Can John will put a copy of the Entry form on www.nzrcaa.co.nz soon too.

And those in the area for the weekend can also drop down to Tokoroa and see the international turbine-fliers jet-meeting on at the airfield there.

Waharoa Rumble is over, and it was a ripper.

Superb weather all weekend, hardly a breath of wind, clear blue sky.

Chatski won the DA-50 ! (he was a helper at Pylon, flew Basic IMAC and Sportsman Pattern)

Many others walked away with prizes from Smart-Fly, SWB, PBG, Airsail & RCBandit. Thanks to the sponsors, we had over $2000 NZ worth of goodies !

Awesome weekend. 10 flew Quickee 500 Pylon on Friday afternoon.

32 guys flew IMAC on Saturday. Biggest ever IMAC contest in NZ.
15 in Basic flew on their own flight line all day. 6 full rounds of Basic Known.
On the other flight line, Sportsman, Intermediate, and Unlimited started with Unknowns, followed by 4 rounds of the Known.

Sunday was Pattern. 14 Sportsman, 9 Advanced, 4 F3A.

Aunty has a load of photos, and I think Alan is going to post the results soon.
