| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | I am using 3mm carbon rod for the incidence locating peg. Again made small reinforcing discs for it. I am gluing one side at a time to keep my stress levels down. | Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | BTW I don't use adjustable incidence. I set the wings and tail at 0 degrees and leave it there. Some people set the wing at 1/2 degree positive, I don't. If I really have to adjust something I enlarge the hole and inset another peice of ply. |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | OK so now for a new Hyde mount for the YS 160. Here is a drawing. I use my cheap cnc system here, print out the part and glue the paper onto the metal or wood and cut out. The metal is 7075 ali tooling plate (very hard). |
