I am an F16 crew chief and when this happened, it spread like wildfire in the Air Force community. Although it was not in the USA, there were multiple videos and discussions going on. It is very real and very cool.

Just a side note, the F15 does not use fly-by-wire as someone mentioned above. The F16 was the first. good times!

This is a very old story.
I first heard it when I was at school,and the news papers where "read all about it,one wing f-15 makes a good landing"
Its a true story,what they did'nt say is when the pilot sow the "wing"(because there was no wing)he fainted for a few sec'.
Believe it!! and like Adrian said ,Israeli fighter pilots are very good.
I see it as self control,professional pilot,exellent plane(American) and of course lady luck making hovers over there heads.I call it GOD.
