Default Interesting airliner approach and landing

I'm not sure if this is crazy as it appears, it it almost looks like a movie stunt . There isn't much margin for error, notice the crosswind and the length of the runway. Hats off to the pilots that land here.

I've flown in this airport a few times....it's a trip(as a passenger). Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The clifs look like they are right below the wing tips. My distributor was right at the end of the runway off the road located there. When a plane took off and I was in his store it was a total heart attack. Man crazy airport. Kind of shoe-horned in....

there was likly a crosswind,, when i was flying sailplanes we never had a strieght in landing we where always slipping untill the last second we would line up right as we touched down,, always fun

I live here, and let me tell you, you never get used to it. It is really unbeliveable. Its a 360 degree approach, while youre loosing altitude. Youre never straight in, and its completely visual. No ILS, no nothing.
