Default Flew in a Extra 300L this weekend

My wife got me two flights in a Extra 300L through Fighter Combat International for my 30th b-day. The first flight was doing aerobatic maneuvers and the second fight was dogfighting (against a friend). This was my first time flying aerobatics and it was ****ing incredible. I did tumbles, knife edge spins, flat spins, cuban eights, loops, rolls, tail slides, and hammer heads. The instructor pilot flew the maneuver and then I got a go at it. I highly recommend it to all you airplane enthusiasts.

The dogfighting flight was pretty intense. I managed to pull 6Gs through a turn.

Here's a video clip of the second flight.

That is ****ing awesome, I wish my wife was that generous. I love her to pieces. But I will never be able to do this.

Cool Gig anyway.

Congratulations Dantley! Tell me all about it when you get back.

So does this mean your 40%er is feeling a little small right now? Next step full...

You married WAY over your head!

Where can one typically go (locally) .. to fly in a a simulator, .. and do they have aerobatic simulators? The one place I knew of here in Little Rock has since made that simulator unavailable to the public .. since 9/11.
