Default 2006 Tequila Cup (Full Scale IAC)
The Weekend after the Shootout, Dave Von Linsowe, Myself, and Ian Howard (DA Australia) Decided to head up to Coolidge AZ on Saturday morning to watch some of the 2006 Tequila Cup ( Full Scale IAC Competition ). I was blown away by how small the full scale box appeared, and by how far away the Judges were from the actual box. After the hectic week of the Shootout, it was a welcomed escape, and a great bunch of folks to talk to. Definitely a worth while trip that I would encourage everyone to make if your in the Arizona area !! Some of you might recognize the guy in the red Pitts Special ( N5351N ) as Tom Perkins who is also an IMAC pilot, or you might remember him being with Cyberbond glues.

Yea...I wish I would have taken my Camcorder with me, but as far away as they were, it probably would have been worthless.
