I get 12.22V out of all my posts. Here's something that's perplexing me though, when the PS is turned on with no chargers plugged in, and then I plug a charger in, the whole thing shuts off. The only way it will turn back on is if I unplug the power cord from the wall then plug it backin and turn the PS back on. If I have a charger already plugged into the PS then turn it on, it works. Not a big deal, it works and that's all that matters.

You can take all the unused wires off the board if you want and keep only the ones you need. One wire for each post will do fine, along with one red and one black for the resistor, and the green for power. No need to gang wires together. Post pics when you're done so we can see it!

Hey rcpilot,
Did you try the fix that BDSBob recommended about the sensing wire? Remember I had the same problem as you, I did what Bob posted and it works now.
