As far as I know, they both go to ground. I didn't see any black go to the signal.

MIKE YOU DA MAN! jumper 1: green to ground, jumper2: orange to s+, jumper3: black s- to ground. flip the switch and BAM we got 12v and 5v outputs on BOTH Power supplies! guess i don't have a bad one afterall! thanks for all your help mike I'll post pics when they are done!

I believe it was Jason Noll at the sticks with the Edge. McConville, Wayne, Jesky and a bunch of others were there with us. It was the most fun I've had in a long time...

alright they are done! yes mike i drilled holes in the top of the case. I didn't want it to look like something you would be afraid to touch and I didn't like the idea of having the possibility of getting a bare wire in there when your trying to hook something up and get jolted. as you can see in the pics the holes were drilled, posts inserted and wires soldered on. I also put heat shrink on there for good measure. so now I have my buddies done and mine done and another on the way that I ordered when i thought i had a bad one (it's the black one with red lights though).the oly thoughts I have about these 2 is mine puts out 12.05V and my buddies puts out 11.99V!? any thoughts?anyway check out the "bling" it was easy after we figured out the jumper issue!

I want to thank you Mike, I came across your thread and talked to Robby. Wella the pics above speak for themselves. I'm not much for bling but I can't wait to get her home home plug her in and ask our boy to go down stairs to get something. My bet he will be upstairs in a flash talkin about some Pokemon fusion going on in our basement. Anyway thanks again !!!

Great stuff Mike, I finally was able to really test mine, 3 Astro 109's all charging at 3.2A. Not even getting warm!!! The second pic is of the specs on my power supply, it's hard to read, but I have 36A at +12V and the same at my +5V jacks!!!!! Now that's some power!!!!!!

Woo Hoo! I should post pics of the one I'm working on...I'm having a problem with it. I can get it to work normally, but when I wired up the 12V jacks...it doesn't power up. I do have them connected to the case, so maybe their shorting on the case? Robby, did you have the same problem?
