i got the brakes off but still to windy even at 10:00pm to fly. so it will have to wait for a better day or until i find a new indoor site. i know that about the lipos i've flown everything from outdoor foamies to 50cc electrics so i know about the shorter flight times but usually in the larger packs its like 2min, not half the flight time. i'll put as many flights as i can through one battery and see if the time increases at all, with the bigger packs its usually around 10 flights so we'll see. if not i'll get some 400mah and 480mah packs

great news, i took the brakes and SFG's off and the flght time doubled, i got 5 flights at my local field meeting, did alot of hovering and some rolling harrier circles in a 30ftx30ftx12ft room. landed on the wall a couple of times. ended up breaking the landin gear and part of one of the ailerons, but nothing some CA and light tape wont fix. im gonna keep the landing gear off and just catch it from now on. thanks to xtremeRCpilot and animal for the advice. i can now go out and enjoy this plane alot more.
