Well the season came to an end for flying Imac up here in the NC region. I am flying the mid wing extra 300 by Aerotech and man this plane flies sweet. This airplane helped my flying out tremendously it flies like it's on rails, slows right down on the downlines and snap rolls with ease. With this airplane I came in first place in intermediate at the Canadian nationals and in second place at the NC finals. I would really like to thank John Sharpless at Aerotech for supporting me through the season I really enjoy flying the airplane. Now that the season is over for Imac it's time for me to do alot of 3D flying. Thanks John |

Great plane and a great guy So Mickey watcha got for next year so's i can make an offer on this plane eh Gotta admit that the flying season is done for us up here in the GWN (that's Great White North, AKA Canada for you southern folk) what with the forty days of rain we've had this past month and a half and probably snow soon I did have my shockie hovering in the driveway today though, so life ain't all bad! |

I've got one of these baby's coming at the end of the month. The 157 arrived today for it. Can't wait to start the build. Mike: What's your setup? Any detailed pics? I won't have mine ready for next summer, but hopefully by the summer of 2008 i'll get her all done. Gonna take a while to get all the pieces together. I remember seeing your plane at the Nall this year, but I don't remember seeing it fly. Any tips or hints about the plane that would help me out? This will be my first 40% and i'm super pumped about it. Nobody around the atlantic provinces ownes any flyable 40% planes so this should be quite a show stopper. Ramz I will try to get some pics for you and post them here. As for any build tips the plane goes together real easy. Check out Aerotechs 42% extra 300 build thread it shows you alot of pics. One thing that you could do is try to keep the glue at a minimum that would save you some ounces.
