Default A good basic class plane!

I was wondering if a gws formosa is good for basic to learn and practice maneuvors

I am working on putting together an 87 in vertigo edge 540 too

When I get more advanced im thinking a 35% extra 260

It's always better if you practice with the plane you are going to compete with. That way you get really familiar with the plane. A small Formosa is going to act way different than the bigger plane and in IMAC we fly in way more wind than the Formosa can handle

I definitely wouldn't compete with it. As bubbagates said, practice with the plane you are going to compete with. The formosa is definitely going to act different than the bigger planes, even glow.

Yes, I agree. With my situation, I have to practice with electrics, but if you are able, practicing with your competition airplane will help you a lot. I highly recomend it. You'll love IMAC!
