Hea Jerry, The Snohomish Inn is about 10 minutes from the field. We stayed there last year, it's clean and price was fine. I don't think there's alot of Motels/Hotels in Snohomish. I've already booked a couple rooms last month. If you decide to stay there, the # is 1 800 548 9993. It was great talking to you last weekend. Jerry R | ||||||||||||||||||

Rick.. Fine Job CDing the event last weekend. Great contest,Great Food, Great people, Great Field. We enjoyed ourselves so much at the Polarbear we had to come back. I try and take/learn 1 thing, at the events I attend. This past weekend I realized how important wind correction is. This is something I try and do, but not well !!! Seeing some of the better pilots flying. I now Know what to practice. Cross winds are tough. In Zillah is was very windy, but right down the run-way. Thanks again for the great weekend, See ya in Snohomish. Jerry |

That crosswind was a pain. Nothing like deciding to change the direction of a crossbox maneuver during the unknown at the last second to make the knees shake. Ugh.

Ryan I had to change my known sequence in the afternoon round because of the wind, makes you think real fast at which way the rolls will be to make it end up going the right way.had to bring our Humpty in and the Aerobatic turn in because was getting blown wayyyy out. I am glad you enjoyed the contest. don't be a stranger come fly any time.

![]() ![]() ![]() I'd love to go to Snohomish, I'll have to see how it goes though, things are kinda interesting on the job front with an offer to go back to Japan for 52% more salary than I'm making now, but the work blows. It is truly a double edged sword that is tempting me realllllly bad right now... ![]()
