Mike R. lets get together and plan some food for the day, BBQ Yaaa Hooooo Weeeeeeeee
Hey Rick that sounds like a party crasher right there. If it's the only weekend available at the field wouldn't you expect it to be really crowded with members? What's the action like over there during the weekends?

We need some experienced IMAC-ers too in higher classes. Someone with Tucson exp to show us how it's done at the national level. You still in Mike C? What about Wondra? It would make for a good weekend to maiden that new Carden. Darren can show up on Fri. If Rick is cooking that's enough reason to show up right there.

Harv asked: "what's happening July 5th?"

The answer of course is the first annual
Calgary Scale Aerobatic Roundup
This will be the first IMAC contest in Calgary and we need some young hotshots like Harv to make the trip across the Rockies and show us how it is done!! A bunch of our American friends would also be a great addition to the event.

Come enjoy some Western hospitality, fly some IMAC and check out the Calgary Stampede! So Harv, there's your answer as to what's happening July 5th and 6th

Kidding.
No sandbaggers in our nw IMAC. It was all a joke. Now you guys know. I had to let it out. So you sportsman guys practice and beat that non sandbagging sportsman champion of the world. It can be done.
There ya go. I made my post for the day.
I will report back tomorrow.
Im spending the wknd with my daughters too. Oh, wait a minute, I don't have any daughters. However, it is my wedding aniv. I'll try to get down there, but If I can it'll only be 1 day. Sounds like a hell of a good time. Who is that non sandbagging sportsman champion of the world anyway??? I'd sure like a shot at him!

Hey, you boyz move fasssssst. I still have a plane to get ready and I am hoping for a little luck. It would do me no good to go without a plane to fly. At this point, the Python is not a good enough flying plane to make it worth the effort. The remaining parts I have been waiting for won't be in till Monday or Tuesday. Kyle told me today it sounds good for him too. Wish me luck... and hopefully I'll make it. I love everyone's enthusiasm, it's very contageous....fly...fly...fly..

Congrat's Devin, sounds like Ben got your plane finished. Ben, where were you when I needed you? Ha.

Not speaking for Rick Sowell, but in my opinion as a regular member in OLy, our field is underused. ON a busy Sat or Sun there may be 6 to 8 guys there and at least half are flying Big Birds. Most of the time there is only one airplane in the air at at time. If anything I might clutter up the field flying foamies while Sowell is trying to concentrate on precision stuff. I'm sure that annoys the hell out of him too, me crashing and having to run out in the scotchblume and retrieve airplanes and especially the noise! We can surely share the field with all that show up to fly, Big and Small alike. A great time is to be had by all!

Ben, can you handle all the excitement? I know Dev can, he's still a teenager.

Mike just bring the plane and the parts down. We'll get it fixed in no time. Plus you have to fly...trim...fly...trim...fly...setup...fly...setu p...fly...mix...fly...mix. You'll be amazed how much faster it goes when someone can take notes for you and you do multiple steps in one flight. We'll get you ready for Snohomish
