I'm looking for advice on a new setup.

33% with a DA-85
4 Hitec 5955's
1 JR 8711

I'm using an AR9100 receiver with (2) battery imputs and considering using (2)1100mah A123 packs and recharging every couple of flights. Any imput would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Rick

That is exactly what I'm running on the Carden Yak. Here are the batteries I'm using x 2.

My 8711 is blindingly fast at 6.6 volts... Not sure if it is good for it, but they say to run in unregulated

Why would you buy those at half the price???

Rick, get those Iron Corp 2400's I had to get Horizon stuff with my deal so that is why I have the overpriced ones.
