NO... the 4000 profane words used during the movie, the profane titles across the screen, being intoxicated while flying, while shooting fireworks. There wasn't 15 consecutive seconds that didn't have something not suitable for this site in it.

I mean come on... I love a funny video, or even an insane one, but you have to see why that can't be on the giants. If you don't.. I'm not sure what to say.

What I thought was funny when it was posted, is that it was FG style totally, from what I have seen around from fly ins, and read about that goes on... .02

Drinking while flying? I didn't see that in the video. Wondra always flies erratically. Drinking while hitting each other with a carbon rod, I'll give you that one. And the language. I just figured if we could have a record-breaking thread with nothing but people eating spicy food and acting like retards that we could have a video showing people having fun in the hobby.

FG style = Funny, extreme, exciting, different, BUT WITH AMA Saftey standards.
ie. Proper airplane/pilot station clearences, no flying over the flightline, NO fireworks, and NO ALCHOHOL while flying. (you don't have to see a bottle to know when someone is hammered)

The swearing... it is what it is..
I do it as well, but not on a video posted on a site where 13 year old kids can view it. Yes most have heard the words, but I do not want to be responsible for the kids hearing it here.

The fireworks were not attached to an airplane. The foamy yes but it was no longer an airplane after I took the motor and servos out.

I guess Flying Giants Huckfests aren't Giants style either. I will respect your wishes though and not repost the video.

Okay Boyz, let's go on with the purpose of this thread and that, as a reminder, is about NW IMAC competitions. Snohomish is only a few days away and now is the time to get prepared. Do we have Snohomish comments or info that might be important or fun to discuss? Hopefully we all had a good 4th of July and we celebrated our independence in obviously a variety of ways, but who out there, did anything to prepare for the next contest? I know the boys in Olympia worked hard and practiced their tales off.

Snohomish.....Snohomish....Snohomish...

The Seattle RAMS have been given notice that our Flying Field may no longer be available after the end of August. Nothing is definite however, but it requires us to make every effort to be prepared in case we can no longer fly there.
We are pursuing every avenue, and will need to show that we are an asset to the community as we approach various entities for consideration.
To that end we have a petition on our website to show that there are a lot of people affected by the loss of this facility. The loss of any flying field is a loss to all in the modeling community.
Please go the page and sign the petition if you have ever flown at our field or just feel that your voice can contribute to our cause.

I was practicing too!!! I was at Dusters pretending I was in Oly with y'all Then I woke up and was incredibly sunburned and that concluded the fact that I wasn't really in Olympia (No sun there) .
