Kevin, what happened to your engine? I read on the NW Yapin thread you had to change it out? How do you like your new plane? Does it fly like you hoped your 40% would?

Darrin has a secret....I wonder if he'll still be the Predator anymore after this weekend.

Get your rest Sleeping Beauty, cause these guys won't let you hold their contest up. How's your freestyle coming? Kyle and Darrin are planning their routines, new ones, should be entertaining. Darrin is getting good on the sticks. Mucho practice.

They're coming for you Maverick..... 3 strong, from the North, and they are organized, they even have their own matching shirts, and they want to kick your bootie pal! I know you have been in the air. Be ready grasshopper.... you know what happens if you snooze...

Darrin has a secret.... and it might be good for The Vader....

Wonder if the other runway will have some activity this weekend too? I remember the year, I think three back, they had the full size Cub fly-in with the pig in the ground and bluegrass band. Fun times for all and very entertaining.

Devin, you are coming right?

Everybody get ready and have a safe trip to Snohomish, we'll see you there.

PS. Bill B., my ankles still hurt! Ha! I can't remember when I laughed so hard. That was funny...

The Cub fly-in was a few weeks back.......I was there the day before.

Oh well, it must have been fun. I know at the one I saw they had the world record holder there for the shortest take-off. I believe it was something like 18 feet. Hey Dan, you are coming to Snohomish right?

Rainman, I started hearing a rattling noise last night in the motor. Bill let me try one of his motors tonight and the noise was gone. So needless to say I have 2 motors going to DA now. Bill was kind enough to let me run his motor this weekend.

Finished up Tony Thomasian's mid fuse repair on his Carden 260 Monday at about 0200 AM.
I don't profess to be a great builder but considering the extent of the damages I think it looks decent...Tom did a great job picking out the covering colors!
Here's some pics....

Nice work Ronster, looks good.

Hey Tom and Tony, no reason why you can't make Snohomish now, is there? C'mon guys, we'll miss you if you don't show!

Just a minor inconvenience Kevin. Bill saved my bacon in Tri-Cities a couple of years ago and loaned me his spare motor when mine went out. That's awesome, now we expect you to do your Kevin thing and fly like a big dog in Snohomish! See you Friday.
