Devin..Yea I'm looking for a enclosed 16-18" Trailer. I'd like to set it up to haul 4 0r 5 planes around. This way we can take one vehicle, split the fuel and accomidations. This last trip (Olympia) we all drove down in seperate vehicles and it gets pretty boaring expecially the drive home..

The problem I have is I have is I allready have 2 trailers. One for my lawn Maintenance company and one for the 2 Snowmobiles. I've already put an add in the paper to sell the Snowmobile trailer and my wife agrees.

The New trailer must be at least 8' wide and have 11' of open area for the sleds. I would also like to build a work bench at the front of the trailer.

The planes would sit on Aluminum racks that attach to rails on the sides of the trailer. This way I can remove the 2 racks per side to haul the sleds.

Dave Sullivan from Sacremento was up flying at our field last year and he walked me through his trailer. Nice set up.

Your Daughter sure enjoyed blowing her bubbles in the wind on the weekend. It was funny when I told her one went into my mouth. Man she laughed.

Cheers..
JR

Jerry,

Whatever you do try to make Molalla. It is an incredibly fun time, every year. Grant Sharp, the CD/Promoter who stages it does an outstanding job. This is always an exciting contest with LOTS of pilots and spectators. His Freestyle competition is well worth the trip all by itself. He pulls pilots from many different places, so you really get a chance to meet allot of other IMAC enthusiasts. Your Cap is a good lookin plane. Do you like to 3D also? I am going to see what I can work out to make it to Surrey. See you all soon.

You must have been up late working on it. I have a wing that the aileron is offset on, on the new Python. Called QQ, and they will call me back later today. I will get my engine mounted tonight and the servos in, flying wires etc. By the time I see the wing and aileron, I should be ready to finish with the plane. All I can say is Wow! This plane is gorgeous. If it flys as good as it looks I am for sure gonna be a happy camper. This plane is gonna be an IMAC machine. I dropped my cans off at the welding shop, so hopefully they'll be ready in a couple of days.

My phone is on charge now Darrin, but could you please call me later as there is something I would like to talk with you about. Have a nice day buddie. I got some outstanding video of your Dalton too at the Polar Bear. You'll have to come over and see it.

MR

John when is your plane going to be finished? Good flying and nice job on your victory at the Polar Bear. Now, get serious, get goin, and let's see something this season! None of you need to get a big head cause none of you practice. We all know what then happens in Tucson.... we get our b___s kicked! So, PRACTICE...PRACTICE....PRACTICE!!!!!!!!! Maybe you should join the Boy Scouts. Remember their motto......BE PREPARED. In other words, if you know snow is in the forecast, then you might bring something besides flip-flops for shoes. I love you man, but for as bright of a kid as you are, you sure do some questionable things! Ha! Good luck on getting your plane together and I want to see you work hard this season to do the best you can. Not just to show up whenever and maybe fly. Make a COMMITMENT for yourself, and if you must be an influence on others...aka Sleeping beauty..., then please let it be a positive one.

Okay lecture #74 is over. See you on the field.

Your friend,
Rainman
