Appreciate you quick response too my question.

Chuck,

We would love to have you come out. I don't know you but if you are like Bruce (a total sandbagger), then you won't have to worry about the youngsters. He's been kicking our tails for several years now! All in all these contests are allot of fun and the pilots are a most helpful and friendly group. Just go to IMAC on the web and select region then contest schedule to view the up and coming competitions. While you are there be sure to print the basic sequence out. Memorize it by practicing with a stick plane, then when you get in the air your not trying to look at a piece of paper and your eyes can be on your plane. Any one of us would be glad to help you in any way we can.

GSharp@WCMtg.net

Eh Harv, This is the email address for Grant Sharp. He is the C.D. extrordinaire for the mollala event. He should be able to get you that info. They will have a flyer as it gets closer, but it's not posted yet. Harv, you need to join IMAC. Your points dont count towards the regional championship if you dont join. Go to http://www.imacnw.com/ This is the IMAC NW site. If you look at the contest results (thanks Bruce) you will see your name shaded gray - that means your not a member and your points for that contest dont count. Theres a link to the international site under "links" where you can join. It's only $20 for a whole year. Nick

Eh!!!! I'm tell'in you guys, If you can find a way to camp out at the field somehow, You'll be glad you did. Otherwise you miss out on a lot of the fun. Especially Mollala. It's a georgeous field and it'll be warm that time of the season. : 7a:

It was beautiful and sad at the same time once you realized what had happened.

Darrin stood there with his mouth open, and Mike with his hands on his head for what seemed like 5 minutes. There was absolute silence. And I wasn't about to say anything.

Kind of funny, about 5 minutes before this happened I asked Mike why he wouldn't let me fly the big Yak, boy did that get a rise, Only kidding of course. I would have paniced if he handed me the TX.

I got cold just watching that. Hopefully my next trip will get me out to the islands again so I can thaw out. Will someone please let me know when July comes around?
