OMG yes....it flies beautifully...I dont think I could ever fly anything other than a carden again.....
they fly amazing! Plus Bodeau manufacturing builds an exellent plane. Dont you think?

Good to see you back on here by the way, Hopefully you'll be around the field as well.

I KNOW NOTHING but I didn't go either. Keith does but that would require a third post.

I don't have scores yet but John E. posted on the comp thread: one guy in basic, John in Sptsmn, Mike V in Inter, Darren in Adv and it was not clear in Unlim - either Keith or Brian C. Darren in Free.

Hey guys, it was a lot of fun, a long long drive - I was soooo tired on the way home. Brandon Peterson (the CD) posted the complete standings. Thanks for staying home Joe and Steve, allowed me to eek out a 1st. It was a super close match. I was trailing by about 20, then 18, then 11 points before the unknown, then Brandon R. flying the H9 35% extra forgot to flip a switch for his hammer in the unknown and got zero'd. By the time it was all said and done it came down to that one manuever. I think I led by about 150 after the unknown. I then put in a couple zeros in the last round. One per sequence of course to spread the wealth. I had an over rotation of a spin, then a snap that didn't appear to be snapped all the way around. (NOTE TO SELF: MUST LEARN SNAP ROLL). My final round felt awesome but the judges told me otherwise. ha ha ha. I put in the worst scores of the games and I thought I gave back the lead for sure. It was a nail biter. Brandon R. called for me and did an awesome job in the last round - He was very much fun to fly with just like flying with you guys from CDA. He managed to make back almost 2 thirds of the lead I had after unknowns. It would have been a most ridiculously awesome contest in sportsman if you guys (Joe and Steve) could have made it. I think it would have been super tight. Early on in the games the point spread between third and fifth was only 25 points. Don L. unfortunately lost his carden previous to the match but was a great sport in coming out with a plane that wasn't fully setup and flew a little squirrly. Tim C. lost his h9 sukhoi after the rounds on saturday. Engine cut out about 40 feet up in a harrier and it never recovered - it was over a gully and no chance of landing remotely on the runway. Darren K. lent him his new airplane to finish the contest and even fly the freestyle. Darren was an awesome sport in that regard in my opinion. Anyways guys I missed y'all and hope to see you at another one again soon. Sorry I can't fill you in on what happened so well in the higher ranks - but maybe some of them can chime in.
