Default Cactus Classis 2007, Feb 10-11

The 2007 IMAC season is almost here. I hope every one is getting practiced up.

We are only 6 weeks away from the southwest opener, the Cactus Classic in Phoenix. Last year we had 58 pilots. We are looking for another great turnout this year.

We have already got prize commitments from, Desert Aircraft, Smart-Fly, Airwild Hobbies, Fromeco.

Sign ups will open in early January on www.imacwebscore.com

I'd take winds over this (see pics) any day! I have a gripe with Mother Nature on this one. Doesn't she know the Cactus Classic is just over a month away? I know this is nothing compared to what some places get, but 14" in a day and a half for Albuquerque is insane! I'm looking into skis for my Dalton. HOLY CRAP!!!

Tony, Ralph and I are in.

Looks like fun Dave. We have had ok winds but it has been cold. I still haven't flown a sequence since the Shootout. I will start practice tomorrow, well maybe next week.
