2007 Sin City IMAC Results

First I'd like to let you know the scores are posted online. I'm writing my report on the contest and it will be posted tomorrow and they will be put there as well.



Next, there was a scoring problem that resulted in both Sound and ACS not being scored.

So Sound and ACS was not scored for any pilot in any class in any sequence in the results that were given at the end of the contest.

Again.....the results I announced at the end of the contest did not include the Sound and ACS scores as part of the score for any pilot. Since score cards were returned to the pilots after the contest I cannot go back and correct the error or recalculate the scores.

I have spoken to the appropriate IMAC officials and they have verified that since all the manuevers were scored and all pilots were not scored Sound and ACS that the results stand as posted and the contest is still valid for Regional Points.

I am sorry for the inconvience this caused, as like many of you, I tried to keep the noise down and my "box" small to recieve higher scores and that effort will not be reflected in anyones scores.

I am also sorry as the CD that I did not catch this prior to releasing results or we would have fixed it prior to releasing results.


All pilots were scored equally on their 10 manuevers by their peers who sat as judges and all pilots have dashes (or no score) for Sound and ACS.

I witheld posting results until I could confirm with the IMAC officials on this issue. I also did not want to hide the fact that those scores were not there once the results were posted.
