It was a great event and well organized! The pilots were all friendly and the Bay Area team definitely had a great time! I want to say thanks to Kip for keeping things going and being a very good CD. Kip even kept his cool when things got hot.

BTW - The field was one of the best I have ever been to.

Looks like a great opportunity to roast weiners, or marshmallows, if you are not flying. Maybe, could smoke a turkey. I was told there were several there. Any results posted so far? Did they actually get to fly? A little too far for us to travel.

This contest was SMOKIN'. Very well run by Kip and crew. Will be there next year as should everyone else! Big props, and big thanks. Well done all.

I was there on Saturday afternoon, and looked like everyone was having a great time. I did my share of scribing, and enjoyed watching everyone fly. Very nice field, and the wether was excellent, but No one told me there was a half time show with scale helicopters putting out burning grass......

I would like thank kip one more time for the great contest.Also big thanks everybody that was there.It was more fun than a club fun fly.Iam looking forward to livermore Iam shure Mike S. will do the same if not better.
