The hall is a ok size and there will be tables to display your winter projects and tables and chairs for Seminars or just hanging out. There will be a cash bar for soft drinks and water. The hall is not high enough for foamy flying, sorry .

The cost of $10.00 - $20.00 is based on 30 people. If there are more people the cost will go down but I must have firm numbers by January 18th 2008. I can take email money transfers through my bank and would appreciate as many people paying by 17 January 2008 as possible. If there are over 30 people in attendance then the cost may go down and I would refund the difference to those that have pre-paid, at the event or they will go into a fund to defer costs at another such event.

FYI - HobbyHobby is about 3 minutes from this location and are open to 18H00 (6:00 PM so you should have time to visit after the get together.

After the get together there are a few "Roadhouse" type restaurants in the area and we could go out for dinner afterwards if enough people were interested.
