I wont be making this one either, which stinks since it is so close to me. Cant get away form work. This should be the last conflict with work so I'll see everyone at the next one.

We had a good time at the contest.
Low turnout allowed us all to get in a lot of flying.
They ran one flightline all day and it was decided at the pilots meeting that we would do the Unknowns at the end of the day Saturday because the weather report for Sunday was not good at all.

We flew three known rounds and then an Unknown. Nathan King and Kirk Hutchings flew Freestyle after all that .
It was a full day.

Thanks for the pics Wayne, your the official photographer for the NC now, your taking some good pics.

Weather here today has been nasty, yesterday was really pretty and nice but wasnt a good day for Brendan or I. We had to put our Australian Shephard Abby to sleep yesterday morning, we had had her for almost 11 years, it was really hard to do.

You got any scores ?

Likewise on the pictures. Glad to see the 300 is alive and well. Weather here was the pits today! Too much rain and wind.

Thanks to everyone that came, and hated to hear the rest couldn't make it. Probably the most relaxing day of flying I had in a long while.

Good thing we got through everything on Sat., the wind picked up and the rain fell most of Sun.

The freestyle was really fun, definate thanks to Nathan for flying in it with me ..

This event, my second, was one full day of flying! I had a good time in the air and on the ground, and learned by fire how to call for advanced... yikes! I managed to make it through though. Looking forward to the event at the end of the month.

Thanks for the help on the unknown Wayne, and to the organizers for the swell event.

BTW, the plaques with the pictures were sweet!
